The Tribe Goa

We were invited to visit and study an off-grid community near Agonda in Goa called 'The Tribe'. This group was creating a template for radical self-reliance - all the structures there were hand-built from mud and bamboo. Permaculture systems were implemented to help the local flora and fauna thrive. It was a very interesting project and we had a lot to experience and learn from them.

Canacona, Goa

Our study primarily focused on arial photography and mapping of the site. Understanding the zonig and the waterflow and suggesting interventions and future developments. This project was run on a leased piece of land and unfortunately no longer exists although the founders are working in the same field on a multitude of different projects.
