Superthrive

Superthrive is a parenting and wellness brand co-founded by Vanessa Zwick and Lakshman Badami, built on the conviction that the hardest moments in family life deserve better tools than a quick Google search. Developed in collaboration with Sharath, who leads production, and Medha, who leads marketing, the brand brings together physical products and a companion app designed for parents navigating the daily reality of raising children - the overwhelm, the guilt, the disconnection, and the small moments worth holding onto.

The current physical range includes four products: the Parent Reset Card Deck, a New Mumma book, a Family Flow Weekly Organiser, and a Life Planning Journal. Each is designed to be immediately useful rather than aspirational, and grounded in the founders' own experience of building a family and multiple businesses simultaneously across cultures and continents.

Alongside the physical range, Kartofl Studio is developing Parent Pause - a mobile app that extends the card deck into a private digital space. It offers co-regulation prompts for difficult moments with children, reset tools for parents themselves, reconnection cards for couples under pressure, and a journal that captures a child's early years and can be printed as a keepsake book at year's end. A curated AI chat feature draws on child development research and attachment science to give parents a knowledgeable, private space to think through what's happening - separate from work tools, social feeds, and the noise of general-purpose AI.

Superthrive is designed for parents who want to show up well for their families, not perfectly - and for whom a small, honest tool in the right moment is worth more than a library of advice they'll never have time to read.
